2017 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay Cardellino, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, peppery traces, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of dark berries, mineral notes. Ripe, firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous, light nutty and peppery notes, delicate buttery traces in the background, full-bodied and creamy, but remains fairly cool, elegant tannic grip in the background, light mineral notes, persistent, has some depth, still young, clear contours, peppery notes on a very good, fresh, juicy finish.
