Editor note: Fairly cool nose, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow and green fruit, touch of avocado and green asparagus, light mineral traces in the background, floral traces. Ripe, fairly juicy, polished fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, prominent green vegetal aromas, good substance and persistence, still has a touch of carbon dioxide, very slightly sweetish and creamy, full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, chalky and salty traces, hint of mountain flowers, hint of dark berries, develops fresh herbaceous aromas with aertion, very good, firm, juicy, gripping finish.
Best to drink: Mid-2019-2023+
