Firm, somewhat herbaceous and a touch bacony, also yeasty aroma with bright yellow fruity and floral notes as well as distinct minerality. Bone dry in the mouth, clearly yeasty, somewhat herbal, lightly floral and chalky-mineral, persistent, very slightly mushroomy, good substance, some depth, very good, firm, nutty and slightly floral, again mineral finish.
