Prominent mineral notes on the nose as well as some floral notes, dried herbs, partly dried apples and citrus zest, yeasty notes. Clear and dry, with yeasty notes, dried apple, prominent flor yeast, elegant acidity, mineral notes on the palate, elegant and very harmonious, persistent, nutty notes characterised by the flor yeasty on a long finish - a classic.
