Translate to English Fester, etwas nussiger und getrocknet-floraler Duft nach überwiegend getrockneten, teils aber auch eingemachten gelben Früchten mit Kandisnoten und einem Hauch Senfsaat. Griffig und fast trocken wirkend im Mund, sehr feine Säure und merklicher Griff, deutlich hefige und ein wenig tabakige Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, salzige Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, fester Bau, bittermandelige Töne, sehr guter Abgang.
