Translate to English Feine, pflanzliche bis kräuterige, etwas florale und pilzige, deutlich hefige Nase mit sehr hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten und deutlich salzig-speckigen Tönen. Fest und herb im Mund, recht dicht gewirkte, sehr helle Frucht, mandelige, salzige und ganz leicht gewürzige Aromen, ein Hauch frischer Butter, feine Säure, etwas Griff, nachhaltig, ein wenig pilzig, sehr guter, recht dichter Abgang mit Griff, gewisser Kraft und auch Schmelz.
