Firm and very complex nose, mienral and yeasty notes, dried green apples and citrus fruit. Crystal clear, dry with elegant spicy notes, mineral and delicate yeasty notes, extremely elegant, almost playful acidity, persistent on the palate, good depth, excellent balance, light nutty notes on quite a long finish.
