D.O. Jerez y Manzanilla Sanlucar de Barrameda East India Solera, Andalucía, Spain

Matt, light brownish amber, light olive on the rim. Some rubber on the nose, with dark caramel, whisky, herbal notes. Herbs and liquorice on the palate, exotic spices, some rubber, mocha and dark malted notes, harmoniously sweet, noticeable alcohol burn, elegant rather than powerful, good finish.
