Slightly developed, somewhat waxy and floral aroma of partly preserved apricots and citrus fruit with pine nuts, lardo, walnut and a rather dark mineral background. Ripe, slightly sweetish, apricot-citrus fruit, very fine acidity, a little beeswax, lardo and root vegetables, white and pink pepper in the background, persistent, has substance and power with moderate alcohol, floral nuances, hints of yellow spice, good depth, clear, salty and somewhat stony minerality, a hint of honey, very good, finely juicy and spicy, firm finish.
