Firm, fairly deep, fairly mture nose, promkinent yeasty notes, yellow fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, hint of honey, brioche, butter. Firm, juicy, ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, very fine mousse, nutty and yeasty notes, hint of mushrooms, light spicy oak in the background, good substance and persistence, some depth, hint of butter in the background, quite complex, full-bodied, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of tobacco on a very good finish.
