2013 Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Teroldego Gran Masetto, Trentino, Italy

Light löeathery notes and a hint of tobacco on the nose, partly dried black berries and cherries, some licorice, herbs, delicate meaty traces, nutty notes, earthy and mineral traces. Very ripe, sweetish, partly dried and preserved dark fruit on the palate, toasted, smoky oak, herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco and some bacon, persistent, concentrated and full-bodied, fairly prominent fine youthful tannins, good depth, noticeable acid bite, high level of alcohol, but integrated, quite fresh, fairly complex, very good long finish.
