Cool nose, prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus, floral notes, hint of mushrooms. Fairly cool fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, lively, fine mousse, hint of mushrooms in the background, smoky traces, good persistence, some depth and grip, herbaceous and peppery traces on a very good finish.
