Tart nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained light yellow fruit. Ripe, fairly juicy,slightlywarm, creamy fruit on the palate, nutty and delicate yeasty aromas, very elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, delicate spicyoak, mineral traces, touch of yellow spice, hint of butter, full-bodied, but also polished, very good, fairly juicy finish.
