Translate to English Herber, deutlich pflanzlich-würziger, etwas hefiger, nussiger und mineralischer Duft mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Anklängen sowie etwas Waldmeister. Herb und relativ saftig im Mund, deutliche grün-vegetabile Aromen, lebendige Säure, Kohlensäure und merklicher Gerbstoff-Griff, etwas nachhaltig am Gaumen, kräuterige Töne, hefige Noten, frisches Olivenöl im Hintergrund, ein wenig rau, guter Abgang.
