Fairly mature nose with prominent vegetal notes, delicate yeastyand floral notes, hint of caramel. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty notes, more fairly prominent vegetal notes, fairly fine mousse, good persistent, some grip, nutty traces with mineral traces in the background, delicate floral touch, light acid bite, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish
