2008 Topikos Oinos Pangeou / Τοπικός Οίνος Παγγαίου Ktima Biblia Chora red, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Tart nose, preserved black berries and some red berries, preserved cherries, delicate touch of medicinal herbs, light spicy oak. Full-bodied, fairly polished fruit on the palate, oak, some medicinal herbs and a hint of licorice, tart nutty notes, very slightly astringent oak tannins, fairly persistent, very creamy, but not particularly deep, light malted notes on a good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2014+. What our ratings mean
