Clear herbal scent with citrus and pome fruit notes as well as earthy and very slightly metallic notes. Tart, straightforward fruit, quite lively acidity, again clear vegetal aromas, some salt and earthy notes, fairly persistent, a hint of tannins, attractive, tart finish.
