Slightly vegetal and nutty fragrance with rather tart aromas of ripe citrus fruits, delicate yeasty nuances and a certain minerality in the background. Firm and strong on the palate, tart yellow fruit with vegetal, nutty and yeasty aromas, firm acidity, good persistence, earthy to mineral notes, noticeable but well integrated alcohol, a little depth, delicate woody notes, very good finish with a bite and grip .
