Cocoa, brown caramel and some nougat on the nose, slightly spicy with dried figs, currants and dried pomaceous fruit. Fairly lively on the palate, refreshing style, bitter-sweet with a hint of Amaretto, chocolate, candied yellow fruit and nuts, delicate hint of cocoa and some coffee, brown sugar candy, spicy fruit marinated in rum, integrated acidity, sweet and nutty on a slightly spicy long finish with delicate bitter notes.
