The company "Tsantali Vineyards & Wineries" is one of the largest wine producers and wine trading houses Greece, The head office is in the municipality of Agios Pavlos above Kassandra, the western headland of the Chalkidike peninsula in the region Macedonia, The roots are in Sidirochori in north-eastern Thrace in 1890, when the grandfather of today's Tsantali generation began Tsipouro (Pomace brandy). In 1922, the founder's five children (four sons, one daughter) emigrated to Serres (Eastern Macedonia). The brothers Theodoros and Evangelos first worked in a drinks company and founded a distillery for in 1938 ouzo, In 1945 Evangelos Tsantalis (1913-1996) emigrated to Thessaloniki (Theodoros stayed in Serres). He started in Naoussa To prepare red wine. However, there was no own winery, but bought wines were bottled and marketed. Today the company is run by the third generation of President Ioanna Tsantalis and Vice President Dr. Georgios Tsantalis led.

There are four wineries today. The first was in 1970 Naoussa in Macedonia put into operation. Then followed in 1974 the current main winery Agios Pavlos on the three-finger peninsula Chalkidike. The winemaking from grape acceptance to bottling is carried out using the most modern technical systems and methods.
