Fairly open nose, red currants and preserved cherries, cedary wood, light spicy and earthy notes. Prominent oak on the palate, preserved berries and cherries, light earthy and herbaceous notes, mineral traces, has some backbone, slightly astringent tannins, light spicy and cedary notes, slightly too prominent oak, attractive to good finish.
