Fairly open nose, berries and plums, earthy notes and a touch of old oak. Mature on the palate, polished, delicate red berry fruit and some plums, touch of chocolate and some earthy notes, integrated tannins, not particularly deep, approachable and pleasant to drink, very slightly astringent on an attractive to good finish.
