2011 P.D.O. Rapsani (O.P.A.P.) / Ραψάνη Idika Epilegmenos, Grande Reserve, Thessalia / Θεσσαλία, Greece

Astringent, slightly smoky scent of black berries and cherries with dried vegetable to herbaceous notes. Clear, tangy-juicy fruit with nutty and slightly chocolaty wood notes, fine sandy tannin, has bite, certain strength, in the background again herbs, salty nuances, good persistence, very good, clear, juicy and moderately wood-spicy finish with rather dark spice.
