2011 P.G.I. Chalkidikis Cabernet Sauvignon Tsantali BIO, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Tart, slightly fleshy and vegetal notes, predominantly dark berries and cherries with earthy notes. Soft, slightly prominent, slightly jammy fruit, quite fine tannins, light acid bite, vegetal and floral traces, herbaceous traces in the background, touch of yoghurt, fairly persistent and has some substance, good finish.
