2011 P.G.I. Mount Athos Agathon BIO, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Slightly open, slightly earthy, vegetal and greasy scent of black berries with old oak notes. Tart black and red fruit in the mouth, slightly nutty wood and a hint of tar, pomegranate in the background, slightly sandy tannins, has a bite, peppery spice in the background, good sustainability, has freshness, candied mixed berries and cherries in the background, some cocoa and candy , very good finish.
