2005 Topikos Oinos Geranion/Τοπικός Οίνος Γερανείων trocken Domaine Evharis, Central Greece / Κεντρική Ελλάδα, Greece

Black berries and some red berries on the nose, braised tomatoes, light cedary and earthy notes, smoky notes and some bacon. Ripe fruit on the palate, nutty oak, some cereals, slightly sweetish and creamy, warm and fairly soft, slightly fuzzy contours, malted traces in the background, predominantly mature tannins, more cereal notes and diffuse fruit as well as oak on the finish, creamy with nuts and nougat. Becomes clearer with aeration.
