Rather firm and surprisingly cool, youthful, nutty, somewhat herbaceous scent of ripe pome and citrus fruits with noble floral nuances, fine, perfectly integrated wood spice and mineral notes. Ripe, quite juicy and also somewhat melted fruit with slightly smoky and vanilla wood spice, very fine, lively acidity, has power and substance but no heaviness, fine herbal and also still yeasty aromas on the palate, dense and persistent, good depth, clear, somewhat salty and also stony and earthy minerality, very firm structure, still quite young, compact and hardly developed, restrained, crumbly tannins, multi-layered, certain warmth, long finish with fine buttery nuances and a hint of orange liqueur. Must mature.
