2015 Süd-Steiermark Weißburgunder trocken K3, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, nutty and somewhat vegetal pome fruit scent with slightly peppery-spicy tones, floral nuances, a hint of bacon and distinct minerality. Clear, tart-juicy, again rather firmly knitted fruit, nutty and delicately smoky notes, very fine acidity, some grip of ripe tannin, yeasty nuances, clear, somewhat earthy minerality, certain depth, has melting, but remains rather elegant despite its power, very good, again firm finish with tart juice and fine spice
