2017 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

A hint of dried vegetal to tobacco scent of cherries and mixed berries with some pomegranate and earthy and floral nuances. Clear, quite juicy fruit on the palate, slightly nutty and delicately roasted oak, delicate bite, fine sandy, still slightly astringent tannins, a little peanut butter on the palate, a hint of salt, slightly aerated, slightly acidic, good to very good finish.
