Translate to English Eher kühle, leicht pflanzliche bis kräuterige Apfelnase mit nussigen Spuren und einem Hauch Speck. Schlank und herb im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht mit hefigen und feinen vegetabilen Aromen, ganz leicht ölig, hat Biss, etwas Kohlensäure, angedeutet gelbe Würze, ein wenig Kreuzkümmel und Feuerstein, salzige Nuancen, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, guter, recht frischer Abgang.
