2004 Fellbach Lämmler Lemberger Spätlese -S-, Württemberg, Germany

Preserved red berries on a warm nose, light animal and herbaceous notes, some old oak. Medium-bodied, cherry and berry fruit on the palate, rather sweet, the sugar is not really integrated, very gentle tannins, not a lot of real substance, but polished, acceptable to attractive finish.
