preserved dark berries and plums on the nose, spicy oak and cocoa, malted notes, light herbaceous and floral traces. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, toasted oak, cocoa, light peppery notes, herbs and tobacco, persistent and full-bodied, fine, sandy, youthful tannins, salty notes in the background, hint of smoked bacon, good substance, more smoky oak on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
