Delicate yeasty and light floral notes on the nose, red berries and some pomaceous fruit, nutty and delicate herbaceous notes. Tart juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, fine mousse evenly distributed, peristent, has some substance, fine, integrated tannins, floral traces, hint of bacon and a touch of tobacco, mineral traces, very good yeasty, nutty, tart, juicy finish.
