2014 Riesling Landwein Mauerwerk, Baden, Germany

Fairly firm nose, prominent yeasty and light vegetal notes, ripe citrus fruit, pomaceous and stone fruit, dried floral traces, earthy and slightly metallic mineral notes. Light-bodied, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty as well as light earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, tannins still very slightly sandy, persistent, cool style, very individual, tranquil character, has bite, some depth, dried floral traces and a hint of tobacco on a very good finish.
