Deep crimson. Lots of fresh oak on the nose, smoky notes, ripe berries and cherries. Again sweetish oak on the palate, vanilla and some coconut, very modern style, fine tannins evenly distributed, becoming more dry and austere with aeration, full-bodied, ripe fruit, smoky and roasted notes, good finish.

Best to drink: 2006-2010. What our ratings mean
