2009 D.O.Ca Rioja Erre Punto blanco, La Rioja, Spain

Delicate maturation notes on the nose, light vegetal and nutty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus, light grassy and floral notes, some old oak. Clear, fairly firm fruit on the palate, nutty, slightly spicy oak, very elegant acidity, persistent, yeasty traces, good substance, mineral notes in the background, dried vegetal and nutty notes, garmonious, very good finish. Has developed very well.

Editor note: Yellow fruit on the nose, hint of caramel, very light roasted notes, moderate spicy oak. Fairly supple preserved apple and melon fruit on the palate, hint of pumpkin, vegetal and light herbaceous notes, hint of citrus, delicate bitter notes, integrated acidity, elegant character shows its origin, good finish.
