Slightly dried vegetal and floral scent of predominantly black berries and cherries with herbaceous notes, a little dried fruit, ethereal and peppery aromas, as well as a hint of meat and licorice. Ripe, juicy, partly dried and preserved, sweetish fruit, lively acidity and fine sand, youthful tannins, herbal and ethereal-spicy aromas, persistent, very powerful, very slightly open, citrus zest in the background, a hint of chocolate and rum fruits, a little salt, very good, alcoholic, spicy and pickled-fruity finish.
