2016 Bonarda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC la briccona bonarda, Lombardy, Italy

Quite firm, a hint of greasy smell of mixed berries and cherries with slightly dried vegetal to herbal and earthy notes. Clear, very juicy fruit with fine perlage, nutty, slightly woody spice and youthful, fine sandy, yet mature tannins, quite persistent on the palate, a hint of candy, delicate sweetness, a hint of chocolate, very good, juicy finish.
