2008 Topikos Oinos Paphos Xynisteri-Sémillon trocken Amalthia, Paphos, Cyprus

Overripe, partly dried yellow fruit on the nose, burnt, earthy notes, herbaceous traces. Soft but also fairly concentrated on the palate, compact, partly dried and partly preserved fruit, some melon, delicate spicy yeast, some dried herbs, bitter note typical of the variety, moderate acidity, polished, well made, very light tannic touch on a good finish.
