Reife, herbe Frucht, viel Holzwürze, leicht florale Töne, erdige Noten, etwas Hefe und nussige Aromen, ein wenig röstig und rauchig, feine Säure, moderater, zart sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, merkliche Alkoholwärme, aber auch kühlende Elemente, pflanzliche Noten, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit gelb-gewürzigen Noten und ein wenig Kandis.
