Trocken im Mund, vegetabil, buttrig und verhalten gelbfruchtig, holzige Noten, etwas Rauch, mürber Gerbstoff, passende Säure, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige Anklänge, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
