2010 Champagne AOC Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs, Harmonie (Deg.:22.09.2017), Champagne, France

Yeasty, nutty and slightly vegetal aroma with yellow fruity notes, a hint of bacon, delicate butter and dried vegetal hints. Clear, dry, fine-juicy fruit, clearly yeasty, a little nutty and mushroomy, quite fine mousseux, good persistence, has substance, grip and some depth, very good, tight finish with tart juice, yeast, nuts and planty notes as well as a touch of butter again
