2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Rosildo", Tuscany, Italy

Firm, tart, slightly tobacco and spicy scent of red and black berries with a hint of tar, hint of minerality and a little earthy and meaty notes. Ripe, firm, partly preserved fruit with woody and again slightly earthy tones, some smoke, present, still slightly astringent tannins, nutty aromas, including tobacco and salt, has strength and initially also jammy tones, but becomes much firmer with air and fresh, very good, firm, juicy and a little roasted spicy finish with tarry and nutty notes.
