Côtes du Jura AOC Savagnin "Prestige de Gaillardon", Jura, France

Enormously deep, dense and complex, clearly oxidative, nutty, yeasty and somewhat yellow-spicy nose after ripe, partly dried yellow fruits, a little vanilla and butter, egg yolk, iodine and white pepper with floral notes and intense minerality. Very concentrated in the mouth, deep, incredibly dense and complex, lively acidity, plenty of grip of ripe tannins, yeasty and nutty aromas, a hint of vanilla and cocoa, enormous salty and chalky minerals, deep, complex and gripping, gaining freshness with air , Iodine in the background, vegetal tones, a little light tobacco, still young, long, firm, extremely mineral, slightly smoky finish with vegetal notes and tart juice.
