Tart, quite polished, somewhat floral and herbaceous-planty scent with relatively cool, very bright yellow-fruity aromas, hints of hay and light minerality. Sweetish, rather tightly knit, again bright fruit, herbal to delicate floral and yeasty notes, very fine acidity, good persistence, some grip, intense salty and chalky minerality, some melting and power, good depth, red berry traces, still young, has bite, very good, tight, sweetish finish with yeasty and again clearly mineral notes
