Very slightly warm, fine-vegetable and slightly herbal aroma with rather bright yellow-fruity aromas, herbs, floral nuances and a little celery. Ripe, tangy, melting, again bright fruit, very fine acidity, some grip, herbal notes and again some celery on the palate, hints of white pepper, quite dense and persistent, clear minerality, hints of white pepper, some warmth but also cooling elements, slightly melon in the background, very good, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Herber, etwas kräuteriger, vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit Kernobstaromen, etwas Kümmel und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, schmelzige Frucht im Mund, pfeffrige und anderweitig gewürzige Töne, feine, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, viel Griff, ein wenig ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, fest gewirkt, gute Tiefe, noch eher jung, ein Hauch Kandis, sehr guter bis langer, griffiger Abgang.
