Translate to English Nussiger und vegetabiler Duft nach teils kandierten und eingemachten gelben Früchten mit zart buttrigen und gelb-gewürzigen Aromen, etwas Wurzelgemüse, Linsen und einer Spur Honig sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik im Hintergrund. Sehr reife, saftige, schmelzige und warme Frucht mit Kandis- und Honignoten, etwas nussig und hefig am Gaumen, moderate Säure und mürber, reifer Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Tiefe, noch unentwickelt, im Hintergrund kühlende Kräuteranklänge, reichlich Mineralik, weißer Balsamico und wieder Linsen, etwas Minze und Salz, florale Nuancen, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Muss reifen.
