Translate to English Etwas weiß-pfeffriger, gemüsiger und ein wenig speckiger Duft mit Zitrus- und Steinobstnoten, Bergkräutern, etwas Hefe und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, saftige und konzentrierte, teils kandiert wirkende, grün-apfelige Frucht mit kräuterigen, leicht gelb-gewürzigen und angedeutet pfeffrigen Noten, feine, lebendige Säure, viel Griff und feiner Biss, florale Nuancen, gute Substanz und bemerkenswerte Tiefe, salzige Mineralik, ein Hauch Olivenöl, noch kaum entwickelt, ziemlich komplex, sehr guter bis langer, saftiger, straffer, vielschichtiger Abgang mit Salz und feiner, etwas pfeffriger Würze.
