2004 Barolo DOCG Riserva Cannubi, Piedmont, Italy

Mature nose, light dried floral, herbaceous and peppery notes, red and a few black berries, earthy notes. Tart fruit on the palate, fairly fine, still fairly prominent tannins, light acid bite, good persistence, dried floral and herbaceous traces, some depth, salty andchalky notes, becomes more fresh and juicy with aeration, traditional style, elegant grip, hint of citrus zests, very good, polished, firm, juicy finish. In totally different condition compared to the first sample.
