2014 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Dried flowers and leaves on the nose, still slightly yeasty, red and a few black berries, hint of cherries and coffee, some forest floor. Fairly firm structure on the palate, youthful, juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and spicy traces, fairly prominent but also integrated youthful tannins, persistent, fresh and lively, some more forest floor in the background, still young, hint of tobacco on a good to very good finish.
